  • Do you offer gift vouchers for massages or treatments?

    Yes, we offer elegant gift vouchers for selected services or amounts, making them the perfect gift for any occasion. Details can be found in the Promotions tab.

  • How long do most massages and body treatments last?

    A standard massage typically lasts 60 or 90 minutes. We will inform you about non-standard durations when confirming your treatment.

  • Should I prepare for a visit to a massage parlor?

    Just arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. We provide towels, disposable underwear, and all necessary accessories.

  • Can I cancel or change my appointment date?

    Yes, but please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a fee.

General questions and reservations

  • What is the difference between a relaxing massage and a classic massage?

    A relaxation massage is lighter and focuses on calming the nervous system, while a classic massage uses stronger techniques to relax the deep layers of muscles.

  • Is hot stone massage for everyone?

    Hot stone massage is very relaxing, but there are contraindications, such as inflammation, pregnancy, or serious circulatory problems. Please inform your therapist of your health condition.

  • Is Chinese cupping massage painful and how often does it need to be repeated to see the results?

    Massage may cause temporary discomfort, but is tailored to your pain threshold. A series of 8-12 treatments performed 1-2 times a week is typically needed to visibly reduce cellulite.

  • When is it worth choosing a sports massage?

    Sports massage is recommended before and after intense physical activity. Its purpose is to warm up and prepare muscles for exercise or to accelerate their recovery after training.

  • Is a hot chocolate massage just for relaxation?

    Chocolate massage is not only relaxing and aromatic, but also nourishing – chocolate (rich in magnesium and antioxidants) moisturizes and firms the skin.

  • What is bamboo massage?

    Bamboo massage is a deeply relaxing and draining technique in which the therapist uses heated bamboo sticks of various sizes to relax the muscles.

Body massages and specialized massages

  • What exactly is Floating and what do I need to bring with me?

    Floating is a deep relaxation experience in a cabin filled with body-temperature water and a high concentration of Epsom salts. No need to bring anything – towels, earplugs, and toiletries are provided.

  • Is Ganbanyoku the same as a sauna?

    No. Ganbanyoku is a Japanese rock sauna where you lie on heated slabs of volcanic silica. The temperature is lower than in a traditional sauna, and the treatment detoxifies and relaxes without straining the circulatory system.

  • How often can you use Floating?

    Floating is safe and can be used regularly, even several times a week. The optimal frequency depends on individual relaxation needs.

  • Is reflexology foot massage painful?

    The massage may be intense in places, especially at points corresponding to blocked organs, but it should never be uncomfortably painful. Its purpose is to unblock the flow of energy.

Relaxation therapies

  • What is Kobido massage and does it have a lifting effect?

    Kobido massage is an intensive, Japanese manual lifting technique. It works on deep muscle structures, resulting in smoothing, firming, and visibly improving facial contours.

  • Who is oxybrasion (water-oxygen peeling) intended for?

    Oxybrasion is ideal for all skin types, even sensitive and couperose-prone skin. It's a touchless, gentle cleansing and oxygenation of the skin using saline and compressed oxygen.

  • How is cavitation peeling different from other peels?

    Cavitation peeling is a painless skin cleansing method using ultrasound. It removes dead skin cells, blackheads, and sebum, preparing the skin for better absorption of active ingredients.

  • Can I return to work immediately after facial treatments?

    Yes. After Kobido, cavitation peeling, and oxybrasion, the skin may be slightly red, but no downtime is required. After invasive procedures, we recommend avoiding makeup for the rest of the day.

  • What are the benefits of using an algae mask?

    This algae mask is used after cleansing treatments. It intensely moisturizes, remineralizes, calms redness, and strengthens the skin thanks to its micronutrient content.

Facial treatments

  • How long does a hybrid manicure performed at Magic Touch last?

    A hybrid manicure performed professionally in our salon usually lasts 3-4 weeks.

  • Does a hybrid pedicure require special preparation?

    No, just come in for a treatment. A full pedicure includes the removal of calluses and nail shaping.

  • Do you use sterile manicure and pedicure tools?

    Yes, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. We use disposable instruments and metal instruments that are sterilized each time in a medical autoclave.

  • When is it worth choosing a paraffin hand treatment?

    A paraffin treatment is ideal for dry, rough, and damaged hands, especially during the fall and winter seasons. It intensely moisturizes and regenerates the skin thanks to the thermal occlusion effect.

Hand and foot care

  • Are massages safe during pregnancy?

    Most massages are not recommended during the first trimester. We offer special, safe massages for pregnant women in the following trimesters, after consultation.

  • What are the main contraindications to classic massage?

    The main contraindications are acute inflammation, fever, infectious skin diseases, fresh wounds, advanced osteoporosis and cancer.

  • Can I use Ganbanyoku if I have thyroid problems?

    For any serious chronic illnesses, including thyroid or heart problems, please always consult your doctor first.

  • Are there any contraindications to Kobido massage?

    Contraindications include acute inflammation of the face, skin damage, active rosacea, and tooth extractions performed within the last 2 weeks.

  • Should I remove my makeup before a facial treatment?

    Yes, we recommend arriving without makeup. If this isn't possible, our staff will remove any makeup before the treatment as part of the skin preparation process.
